Louise Chantál

Louise Chantál is a London native who lives in NYC. She is a singer and songwriter. Her interests are music, marketing, fashion, and entrepreneurship. Louise has been singing and writing music from around the age of 8/9. She began recording music in a studio at age 12.

"I record via protools. I don’t manually produce the instrumentation I sing over so every production is created via a different program depending upon the producer I’m working with. My old sound was electronic/dance pop. I was so young when I started recording so all of my focus energy was pretty much directed towards just learning how to record in a studio and how to write music. I think what got lost was my involvement on the production side and the input of my influences."

When you listen to Welcome to Aranbi, her upcoming EP, you’re going to get to know about her as a story teller and performance artist. Each song tells the story of a character that she's imagined in her head and wanted to bring to life sonically and visually. Vocally, because she's put in the time necessary to grow and really improve her voice you’re now going to hear her roots in RnB throughout all of her music.

Welcome to Aranbi is going to be a project consisting of three parts within this first EP. Each part is going to represent the merge of RnB with another genre she's been influenced by and feel connected to.
