The Art That Is #TheArtBabe — Cara Lanae

Now, I'm pretty sure you all have heard of Cara Russell, better known as Cara Lanae or #TheArtBabe, (If you haven't, you must be living under a rock but, it's okay, baby! We're moving you to higher grounds!). 

Since she first started posting, Cara's seemingly perfect portraits have spread across the internet like a viral brush fire! Each piece gets thousands upon thousands of reposts on just about every major social media platform there is. The people love her!

In her work, she brings to life the perfect balance between reality and animation, which helps her find the perfect balance between her own reality and her art world. 

"The birth of my design and illustrations came when I was experiencing some very hard challenges in my life...it helped me not to focus on what was going on...", the artist explains. Perhaps this is another reason why so many people are drawn to her artwork, (Pun 100% intended).

If you follow Cara's work, you'll see that she mainly does portraits of women, but she definitely has some amazing male portraits as well! She has done many original pieces, pieces on beautiful girls that you may see on your twitter timelines every day, and pieces on celebrities such as Rihanna, Aaliyah, and even Kanye!  When asked what inspires her creativity she responded with "God's creation of beautiful people.". How much more genuine could this beautiful babe get?
